Let's be very clear about something While being obese is absolutely not healthy, you can still be actively working on becoming healthier IN AN OBESE BODY Most people would not think that I strength train 5/6 days a week by first glance I have a lot of excess fat and skin that CLINGS FOR DEAR LIFE because I struggle to eat clean Maybe I'm not healthy YET but I am absolutely healthier than I WAS and that still counts for something!
