Here's some info regarding Pokemon ex: • Older cards that refer to Pokemon-ex should include modern Pokemon ex. Pokemon-ex and Pokemon ex are the same. For example, "Gardevoir ex" from EX Sandstorm has the same name as "Gardevoir ex" from Scarlet & Violet.

Pokémon TCG Rulebook. Many fundamental principles, from which other rulings are derived are only found in the rulebook. Physical copies of the rulebook used to be included in theme decks, but lately are only available in special products like Ultra-Premium Collection boxes. The version on Pokemon.com is always accessible and up-to-date, though!

Serious Question: Why do adults play Pokemon TCG?
Jul 8, 2016 · I am very interested in finding out why adults are playing the Pokemon TCG. Watching YouTube, there are plenty of adult gamers playing very serious games of what has always been advertised as a children's card collecting hobby. Although the adults do not seem to be the majority, they are also not exceptions to the rule, either.

Sep 3, 2018 · The Standard Format only permits cards from the most recent Pokémon Trading Card Game sets, however these sets sometimes contain reprinted cards from older sets, making those older cards also legal in the Standard Format. A deck must also contain 60 cards, have at least one Pokemon in it, and cannot have more than 4 cards of any single name.
