May 13, 2019 · Well guys ive decided to keep my car and keep modding it. Anyways im totally 50 and 50 on wich wheels to buy. Should i buy VMS drag pack or i should go with f14s drag wheels.If i do go f14s im planning on getting 7 wide up front. Also what tire size would be good for 3.55s 28 or 26 inch ? My car is N/A

The cheaper the better.I was thinking about a 18 on the back wrapped with a toyo 888r 305 35 18 and a skinny on the front. Don't really care about looks. Just want to hook and go and loose some weight.

Aug 6, 2023 · Hello; Much depends on how skinny you go. I will guess you mean the extremely skinny wheel/tire used on pure drag cars. Traction or lack of it is the downside. Works for a drag car as the aim is to lessen rolling resistance. The front brakes do something like 70% of the stopping of a car. Likely this is the major drawback of skinny tires.
