Maria Regina Cleri is a Catholic apostolate whose mission is to encourage prayerful support of the ministerial priesthood and prayerful promotion of vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life. The apostolate of Maria Regina Cleri (Mary, Queen of the Clergy) had its origin in the early days of 2006 when Monsignor Peter Dunne, recovering from a long and critical illness, experienced a deepening awareness of the need to pray for his brother priests in Purgatory.
