I recently (29/03/2024) bought an Indonesian Valorant account on Eldorado .gg. The total charge was little under $18AUD. The money was withdrawn from my bank account, yet I received no order confirmation or information whatsoever from Eldorado.

Dec 15, 2022 · I've been using Eldorado.gg for purchasing game currencies for some time now. I have a verified account with no negative transactions. Earlier today, while using a VPN, my account was suspended without warning and I was prompted to contact support. Support informed me that my account was flagged as "suspicious" and the suspension was permanent.

Mar 10, 2024 · This website (eldorado.gg) currently sells Gaming accounts BUT they’re scamming. Account sellers on this site are currently working with El Dorado support. Purchased a Fortnite account myself for over $1K and paid El Dorado for warranty incase it got pulled back.

What happened: I bought a valorant smurf account for 3 pounds on Eldorado. Nothing crazy just a fresh silver 3 account so that I could play with my friends. My main account was banned for 2 weeks. A month later it was stolen by presumably the seller I've bought it from. Months pass by and I get banned from ranked again.

Apr 16, 2024 · well i got some though eldorado live chat support as it was buyers that havent bought from me before but they do forward questions to sellers. but as a fellow seller you can expect a lot of people contacting sellers asking to low prices, saying seller X sells cheaper, or site X sells cheaper so this will also be a little headache to sellers.
