Mar 17, 2011 · Went in Slowe's yesterday to pick up a couple of items, Saw A display for a new product (new to me anyway) Called Blue Wood.:blink: Apparently the next generation of PT lumber. Looks kind of like somebody sprayed a light coat of blue paint on it. Supposed to never need any treatment.

Aug 6, 2009 · The tape used was 3M blue tape for delicate surfaces. 3M says it can stay in place for up to 60 days. They say the regular blue tape isn't recommended for wood floors, but can stay in place for 14 days. Now I need some advice on what product to use to fix this mess. The HO's had the floors resurfaced in 2009, so whatever finish the contractor used is fairly new.

Feb 19, 2023 · Used the lighter grade 3M blue tape protecting a floor with paper. Removed in 5 days for obvious reasons. The flooring is/similar to Bruce Gunstock Oak - re-con, re-screened a couple of years ago and sealed, looks very good. Still have a couple of places 12" long that looks like residue when the light hits it right. So how to clean off ?

Jul 1, 2019 · I've seen blue and red for the above mentioned reasons. Once I demoed a house that was framed with wood that had stars and stripes printed all up the side of the studs and had ALL AMERICAN STUD printed on each board. Obviously I saved one.

Apr 23, 2008 · For this very reason, I use white chalk on any deco. concrete. Normally blue or white on standard concrete, but I always cure/seal before sawing & snapping. I learned this leason many years ago, with a red chalk line that I couldn't get rid of. I ended up snapping a white/black chalk mix over the top & sealing it in.
