Oct 3, 2024 · Same issue here in Houston. We have a problem! Turned off all three TV's, unplugged Roku sticks, tried to login through smart TV, logged off of all accounts and logged back in and still no channels. Made sure all apps were up to date and still no channels. Apparently this is nationwide since there are many different zip codes being posted.

Nov 22, 2022 · I have a similar issue. Pixelation usually occurs at night and makes TV unwatchable. Internet connection is operating at 120% of expected service according to Xfinity testing. However, as the TV pixilates and is unwatchable, I can switch to Hulu app or Disney+ on the same Tv and watch without difficulty. How is that possible?

Apr 5, 2023 · WORK AROUND: I suggest you watch your DVR recordings via the Xfinity App (ROKU, Smart TV etc) as I noticed that recordings which had "glitches" on the cable box were FINE when watching through the Xfinity App connected to the SAME TV. I noticed no digital interference while watching live TV via the streaming app as well.

Jan 10, 2024 · Recently I noticed all the 4K channels (mainly sports channels) would get pixelated every now and then when watching content. The picture comes in clear and at random times, it “glitches” for a second. I went to the Xfinity store to get a new XG1V4-A cable box and the issue seems to be happening.
