Longtime Sprint customer who got rolled into a T-Mobile account because of the merge. I had a 2nd line free with Sprint. T-Mobile’s way of fixing that was to give me a promotion that apparently had a shelf life and now I’m being charged for my second phone line. They claim there’s nothing they can do to resolve it.
