May 17, 2014 · The F12 turns and brakes as good as the 458, what you will feel is the difference between the razor-sharp response of the mid-engine 458 with it's lower CG and the slightly higher and slightly more body-roll feeling of the F12. I would imagine your love of the local Aspen roads and the open top make the 458 Spider a perfect car for what you like.

Apr 12, 2015 · I bought my 458 in 2010. It is my third Ferrari. The car has been perfect! The up keep to service the car has been more like a standard car but just a little more. MY experience is now 5 years on the same 458. My friend who is the lead mechanic at a Ferrari dealership told me they have not seen many problems with the car.

Jun 2, 2024 · There is a bit of a bug in the Ferrari head unit so if you switch out of CarPlay to another Ferrari screen, sometimes you cannot get back to it because iPod is not selectable in the media menus. CarPlay is actually still connected, you just have to know how to get the screen back and the audio back.

May 7, 2015 · There has been an upgrade on the 458 2012 coupe which has been mentioned on various posts. The 2012 Italia is therefore 1 sec faster on the Fiorano test track as reported by Forza on their February issue. Of course this is expected and believable. Oct 15, 2016 · My Speciale, Speciale Aperta, 488 Spider and 458 Challenge are all Bianco Avus. In my opinion the special paints suit the limited production cars. Bianchi Fuji is a beautiful color but is historically a Maserati color where Biancho Italia is a Ferrari color.

Dec 7, 2013 · 458. 458 has a smoother ride (note, you can get the suspension more than soft enough in the Scud, but the ride is still more comfortable in the 458) more comfortable gearbox, better visibility, more luggage space. The 458 also has a front lifter option which is helpful if you travel on poor roads or inclined speedbumps, or even a steep driveway.

Dec 16, 2021 · The 458 is much more of what a true Ferrari has always been and why people have historically been attracted to the brand over the last 50 or 60 years. I just ran across this video the other day and the guy speaking, while somewhat rough around the edges, pretty much perfectly sums up why you'd want to own a 458.
