I am having trouble getting my xbox controller to function with W2 - W3 runs great as well as some other things, but I'm struggling to get the game to recognize the controller more than just using a mouse cursor.

Aug 31, 2011 · When I was playing Witcher 2 with the X360 controller, I kinda hated the fact that I always need to go the menu (Press Start) to check out my character, the map, the inventory and journal. It's like 2 steps (Not Natural at all). So I map them on the D-Pad (Up, down, Left and Right) since we have the "weapon select" on the trigger.
