Sep 29, 2023 — Put Greek yogurt on top instead of sour cream. Use masa flour to thicken it (my favorite is Carrol Shelby's chili seasoning kit, great spice blend and masa included in a separate baggie). This makes for a great hearty yet healthy meal with a great protein+fiber/calorie ratio.

I could loose 10lbs. But on the whole, I’m healthy. I workout everyday, yoga or running or both. I eat Whole Foods, don’t drink soda, don’t eat fast food. In short, I’ve already adopted all the good “habits” that typically spark weigh loss in the beginning. But yet they quoted that I could loose “7lbs” in the first week!
