TRAVERSE CITY, MI – Police have identified the man they believe entered a Walmart and stabbed 11 people at random. Bradford James Gille, 42, is in custody and awaiting arraignment on numerous charges in connection with the mass stabbing, police said at a press conference Sunday, July 27.

A man accused of entering a Walmart in Michigan and randomly stabbing 11 shoppers before being detained by bystanders in the store parking lot is expected to face terrorism and multiple assault charges,

Six of the 11 victims were in critical condition after Saturday's attack, and five were listed in serious condition, hospital officials said.

Police are trying to determine why a man allegedly traveled downstate to Traverse City and stabbed 11 people inside a Walmart.
