Former President Jimmy Carter’s life and legacy were honored Thursday at a state funeral at the National Cathedral, bringing together all five of the nation’s living presidents. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.

The nation will say goodbye to former President Jimmy Carter on Thursday. Carter's remains will be taken to the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., after lying in state at the Capitol this week.
