Voters gathered at a watch party hosted by the Democratic Party of Brown County after polls closed. Ahead of the 8 p.m. start time, over 100 people walked inside Gather on Broadway, 139 N. Broadway, in downtown Green Bay to watch results come in. The crowd peaked around 300 people by the end of the night.

The National Weather Service Green Bay says that there will be on and off rain showers, from 7 a.m. when polls open, to 8 p.m. when they close. There is a small opportunity for thunderstorms, which are more likely to occur in the afternoon.

GREEN BAY - A rainy start to Election Day in Green Bay didn't slow down voters deciding several important races. Besides the president of the United States, there is a mix of U.S. Senate, House and Wisconsin legislative positions on the ballot.

We've made it to Election Day. Many voters have already mailed in or dropped off their ballots ahead of the Nov. 5 election, but the action officially is underway with voters heading to polls in an effort to get their voices heard.
