Just to be perfectly clear, the fingerprint sensor bug hit only some Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a users. It didn’t affect any other phones, it would seem.
I'm still using the Pixel 5 so the rear mounted fingerprint sensor is excellent. Works flawlessly every time and, as the article says, ergonomically is in perfect location.
