North Carolina plummeted to the absolute rock bottom of Mack Brown's tenure with Saturday afternoon's 70-50 loss, at home, to James Madison. This after the Tar Heels (3-1) entered as 10.5-point favorites against the Sun Belt Conference school that lost its coach and a majority of its impact starters in the offseason.

James Madison University only needed two quarters of its game against North Carolina to make history, as the Dukes entered the second half of their Week 4 matchup against the Tar Heels up 53-21.

It isn't a basketball score. Although with James Madison entering Saturday a double-digit underdog at North Carolina, the Dukes' point total seems like one. The Sun Belt powerhouse was in Chapel Hill and was destroying Mack Brown's Tar Heels.
