A mass shooting in Catawba County left one dead and 11 injured; no arrests yet, with the investigation ongoing.

The Catawba County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) said shots rang out just before 1:00 a.m. Eastern at a home in the Mountain View area. A party had been taking place at the residence at the time.
