The Green Bay Packers are adding to their defensive coaching staff this offseason. After being in need of a defensive line coach, the team was able to hire former New England Patriots defensive coordinator DeMarcus Covington for the position.

The Green Bay Packers had two highly impactful coaching positions to fill in the offseason. Now, both are close to getting done. According to ESPN's reporter Rob Demovsky, the Packers plan to hire DeMarcus Covington as their defensive line coach and to promote Sean Mannion to quarterbacks coach.

Now that Luke Getsy is back with the Green Bay Packers, they are positioned to enhance their offensive schemes and create a more dynamic unit
