MoU Signed to Establish Authority of Djibouti-Ethiopia-South Sudan-Uganda (DESSU) CorridorAddis Ababa, February 28, 2025 (POA) --- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed to establish the Djibouti-Ethiopia-South Sudan-Uganda (DESSU) corridor Authority.
