The Decatur couple convicted of possessing child pornography will soon learn their sentence. Doug and Kelly Nichols are due back in court tomorrow morning.

In announcing the arrest Wednesday of a juvenile murder suspect for a fatal weekend shooting, Decatur police said they have seen a rise in youth gun violence in the city over the last few years.

A 28-year-old Decatur man was arrested Wednesday by Streator police on a warrant charging him with murder in Macon County.
