US President Donald Trump has said Thai and Cambodian leaders want an immediate ceasefire after days of deadly clashes. The conflict has killed at least 33 people.

President Trump brokered talks between Thailand and Cambodia after deadly border clashes, urging a ceasefire and warning trade deals were at risk. Both sides agreed to meet for peace negotiations.

Trump said on Saturday the leaders of Cambodia and Thailand had agreed to meet immediately to quickly work out a ceasefire.
