GLAAD released the 12th installment of its Studio Responsibility Index, a study that tracks the “quantity, quality and diversity” of LGBTQ characters in films released in a calendar year by 10 Hollywood distributors.

The studio behind 2023 original releases like "The Family Plan," "Flora and Son" and "Ghosted" was the only studio of the 10 named in GLAAD's 12th annual Studio Responsibility Index on LGBTQ representation to receive a failing grade,

Only 70 out of 256 movies (27.3%) featured a character from this group, down from 28.5% in 2022, according to a GLAAD report.
