Two models of the Chicco MyFit Zip Air Harness + Booster Car Seat have been recalled for a safety issue. No injuries have been reported.

The NHTSA report notes that the user guide says to “ALWAYS use the top tether strap on this Child Restraint when used in harness mode,” a recommendation echoed by CR’s car seat safety experts.
