South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has confirmed there is no danger and no explosives were found at the site of the future South Dakota Men's Prison in Lincoln County.

The DCI is investigating a report of possible explosives at the new state prison in Lincoln County. The public is asked to stay away from the scene.

Law enforcement said the report of possible explosives came into the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, who contacted the Division of Criminal Investigation.

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley said a citizen had reported concerns about explosives being located at the future site of the prison.
