Patrick Fishburn fired a bogey-free five-under-par 65 Friday to grab a one-shot lead alongside American compatriot Denny McCarthy at the halfway stage of the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii.

In the second round of the 2025 Sony Open, Patrick Fishburn carded a 5-under 65 and Denny McCarthy carded a 4-under 66, placing them in a tie for the lead by one stroke heading into the weekend.
