NEW ORLEANS -- The New Orleans Saints didn't have much patience with quarterback Jake Haener after a poor offensive showing in the first half of a 20-19 loss to the Washington Commanders.

Haener completed 18 of 39 passes for 226 yards and one touchdown to one interception during eight regular-season appearances for the Saints in 2024. He also recorded 11 rushing attempts for 22 yards.

The New Orleans Saints are now in the hands of Jake Haener ahead of Week 15. He becomes the third different starter this season for a team suddenly surging under interim head coach Darren Rizzi.
