Reporters analyzed months of ZIP-code-level coronavirus data to try to learn why some areas have seen high infection rates or spikes in case growth. But the reasons for spikes aren’t always clear.
Both locations are in the 17011 zip code, which has 69 coronavirus cases. But it is also in a zip code that includes a Camp Hill borough, another population center.
Collectively, 22.7% of the residents examined for the coronavirus in those three zip codes have tested positive. Still, that rate is lower than a week ago when it was 24.1%.
