Maryland's top court stayed an order Friday that would have forced a Harford County Councilmember to choose between his day job and his elected office.

Bruzzese and Stevenson created a petition through Change.org that aims to gain support from local officials on the matter which, as of Tuesday, has over 300 signatures.
