For the second straight day, a performance of “TINA — The Tina Turner Musical” at the Landmark Theatre has been postponed by illness in the cast. The show scheduled for tonight (Wednesday, Jan. 29) will now be performed at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, according to producers Broadway in Syracuse.

Syracuse, N.Y. — Tonight’s opening night performance of “TINA — The Tina Turner Musical” at the Landmark Theatre has been rescheduled to Sunday due to an “unexpected illness” of someone in the cast.
“A song which essentially expresses one idea — 'hot for you, baby’ — was a little monochromatic for her,” said Rolling Stone magazine contributing editor Anthony DeCurtis. “The rest of the stuff that’s on Private Dancer is much more nuanced.”
