The Patriots agreed to deals Monday with three impact players on defense: DT Milton Williams, CB Carlton Davis III and LB Robert Spillane.

Defensive tackle Milton Williams, linebacker Robert Spillane, cornerback Carlton Davis and offensive tackle Morgan Moses agreed to contracts with the New England Patriots, according to multiple reports Monday.

As a pure 3-tech tackle, where most tackles get most of their sack and pressure numbers, Williams is a major problem for opponents. He can shock guards with straight bull-rushes as well as he can jump a gap or to in order to send protection schemes into total confusion.
