Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco has been fired after he failed to generate the expected results with the national team, the Belgian soccer association announced on Friday.

The Belgian soccer federation says that it has fired men's coach Domenico Tedesco. The German-Italian manager was hired in Feb. 2023 with the goal of rebooting the Red Devils after a disappointing end of the Roberto Martínez era at the World Cup.

Belgium have parted company with head coach Domenico Tedesco after two years. Tedesco took the reins of the Red Devils in February 2023 on an initial 18-month deal in the wake of Roberto Martínez's departure for the Portugal national team.
