The driver accused of fatally striking and killing two people in Chinatown over the weekend was arraigned on murder charges Tuesday and denied bail after prosecutors revealed she was packing heat inside her vehicle.

Police say have arrested one woman for the crash in Chinatown that killed a resident from Brooklyn. Kennedy Lecraft, 22, of Queens, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle. There is no word of an arrest for the second woman who was taken into custody with Lecraft.

Two people were killed when a driver struck pedestrians in Manhattan's Chinatown Saturday morning. It happened at around 7:30 a.m. at Canal Street and Broadway.
