Michigan State is adding another experienced linebacker from the portal. Former BYU redshirt sophomore linebacker Aisea Moa announced his transfer commitment to the Spartans via social media on Monday.

Mason Mini, a tight end transfer with three years of eligibility remaining, has committed to Michigan State after spending two seasons at Idaho. A 6-foot-5, 240 pounder from Pacifica, California, Mini caught 5 passes for 61 yards in 2024.

Evan Boyd announced his pledge to the Spartans after two seasons with Central Michigan. Boyd was an All-State wide receiver with East Lansing in 2022.
