The cause of death for news anchor Chauncy Glover has been revealed by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office.

Chauncy Glover has been in my thoughts this week, even before yesterday's news that his death in November had been ruled accidental. The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner released a statement Wednesday saying that the former anchor with Houston's ABC 13 who joined Los Angeles' KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV in 2023 died from "acute intoxication by the combined effects of chloroethane and methamphetamine.
