After what has been a disastrous season, the future of Las Vegas Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce is in serious doubt. And, yet another report has surfaced that echoes Pierce might not be back with the team in 2025.

At last week's NFL league meetings, Raiders owner Mark Davis said Pierce, who was promoted from interim coach after guiding the Raiders to a 5-4 finish with a 3-1 mark in the AFC West last season, and general manager Tom Telesco, hired this past offseason, were not a package deal.

The Raiders hired Antonio Pierce full time after a strong interim stint to close the 2023 season, but after another mess of a losing season, they should hink about repalcing him, especially with several top candidates available.
