Oregon was the No. 1 team in the poll for the fourth straight week. The Nittany Lions and Hoosiers both climbed into the top five, joining No. 2 Ohio State.

After beating Washington during Saturday night’s White Out game, Penn State moved up two spots in the Associated Press Top-25 poll. The Nittany Lions now rank No. 4 in the latest poll, which was released Sunday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions scored touchdowns on all four of their first-half possessions and rolled past the Washington Huskies 35-6 at Beaver Stadium. Nick Singleton sees little second-half play.

The spread has been released for Saturday's game between Purdue and Penn State. The Nittany Lions are heavy favorites at Ross-Ade Stadium on Saturday.

Purdue is 1-8 overall and 0-6 in conference play. The Boilermakers lone triumph came in their season opener at home, a 49-0 victory over Indiana State. Ohio State beat Purdue 45-0 on Saturday in Columbus.

Penn State bounced back from its first loss of the season with a 35-6 drubbing of Washington on Saturday night. The oddsmakers are expecting another blowout win for the Nittany Lions when they travel to Purdue in week 12.
