The Los Angeles Chargers donned LAFD gear before, during and after the team’s NFL wild-card round playoff game against the Houston Texans on Saturday. On the field, Jim Harbaugh and Co. had to adjust practices this week due to air quality concerns.

The Chargers play the Texans in the wild-card round Saturday, but they are doing so with bigger things in mind. The city of Los Angeles has been has been devastated by wildfires all week, which caused multiple sporting events to be postponed.

While the Chargers are on the road for their playoff opener, the Rams were set to host the Minnesota Vikings at SoFi Stadium. That game will now be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., home of the Arizona Cardinals, who helped the team and their families evacuate ahead of the game this week.
