Mt. Vinson in Antarctica in the southern hemisphere attracts climbers every year seeking to climb one of the iconic Seven Summits – the highest mountain on each of the seven continents.

The Antarctic summer runs from November through March, when the sun shines 24-hours per day and temperatures hover around 12°F to 30°F (to -1°C ) – ideal conditions to climb Mount Vinson.

He has already completed four of the seven summits and plans to climb Acongagua, Puncak Jaya in Oceania and Mt Vinson in Antartica.

For this climb he will be testing innovative new feet ... Later this year he will take on Puncak Jaya in Indonesia, and Mount Vinson, Antarctica, to complete his challenge.
