Progressive staffers on Capitol Hill sent a letter to congressional leaders asking for a rotating 32-hour work week, depending on whether their bosses are in Washington. Former Hill staffer TW Arrighi says it’s a bad idea and sarcastically says construction workers and firefighters “totally get what you’re saying.
