After filing an appeal, Apple is now asking the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to pause the Epic vs. Apple injunction requirements that prevent the company from restricting external links in iOS apps and charging fees on purchases made outside the App Store.

Apple is asking to pause App Store changes that were enforced last week. Amazon, Patreon, Spotify, and more have already made changes to iPhone and iPad apps.

Fortnite could be back on iOS in a matter of days. Though that's not exactly certain right now, it's looking a lot more likely than it did a couple of weeks ago. The official X account for the game posted an update on Friday confirming that it's been submitted to the iOS App Store in the United States for review by Apple.
