Legal advocates fighting the president's order to restrict citizenship from babies born to certain immigrants are turning to class action lawsuits to stop his policy.

A federal judge again barred President Donald Trump's administration from enforcing his executive order limiting birthright citizenship nationwide after the Supreme Court restricted the ability of judges to block his policies using nationwide injunctions.

President Donald Trump’s executive order limiting automatic birthright citizenship was temporarily blocked again by a federal judge in a class-action lawsuit by a civil rights group, reinstating protections that were paused last month by the US Supreme Court.

"Respect is good. I like to offer mine and I like to receive it," Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said.
