JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Tropical Storm Chantal made landfall overnight near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, early Sunday morning. The storm, which organized near Jacksonville tracked north and came ashore with sustained tropical-storm-force winds before gradually weakening as it pushed inland.
