Top-ranked Jannik Sinner has canceled his practice session at Wimbledon after sustaining a right elbow injury the night before in a fourth-round match against Grigor Dimitrov.

Jannik Sinner, who advanced to the Wimbledon 2025 quarterfinals due to a pectoral injury sustained by fourth-round foe Grigor Dimitrov, now needs an MRI himself after falling during the eventful match in London.

For Dimitrov, he is still in the prime position to reach the quarter-finals for the first time since 2014 when he beat Andy Murray. Andy Murray, at seed five, is the highest seed he has ever beaten in this tournament. Grigor Dimitrov uses all of the court to place a pretty routine volley right on the line to the oohs and aahs of Centre Court.
