The Oregon Ducks dropped down form No. 13 to No. 15 in this weeks AP Rankings. Oregon is right behind a pair of SEC team in Texas A&M and Mississippi State.

The Ducks are No. 15 in this week’s AP men’s college basketball poll and the same spot in the coaches poll after Saturday’s 65-58 loss to the Boilermakers

Oregon beat itself up for much of this game, and bad shot selection, silly turnovers, and a lack of rebounding were its downfalls. One solace the Ducks can take away is that most of their mistakes are fixable mistakes, but there’s a lot of fixing before the Ducks host Washington Tuesday night.

Purdue won the Big Ten by three games last season, despite three road losses. Yet it also went to Champaign and beat its closest competitor — the Illini — in the penultimate game of the regular season.

The Ducks shot just 36% from the field in a 65-58 loss to No. 17 Purdue Saturday afternoon in front of an announced crowd of 12,364 at Matthew Knight Arena.
