PADDY Tally looks set to be appointed as the new Derry manager in the coming days, finally drawing to a close the Oak Leafers’ four-month search.

The Oak Leafers have been without a manager since Mickey Harte stepped down in July but their search should come to an end with Galbally native Tally is expected to be confirmed as Harte's successor.

After four months of searching, speculation and rumours, the wait has finally come to an end, and Paddy Tally will become the new Derry manager.
