Nearly fifteen billion dollars were reported in losses in the most expensive healthcare fraud in United States history, Dan Bongino, Deputy Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI ), said in a post on X Monday.

The operation led to criminal charges against 324 defendants and the seizure of more than $245 million in cash, luxury cars and other assets.
