CHICAGO - A man was charged in connection with a fatal shooting Wednesday morning in the North Lawndale neighborhood. Reginald Freeman, 38, allegedly shot and killed a 43-year-old woman around 3 a.m. inside a home in the 1200 block of South Sawyer Avenue, according to police.

Reginald Freeman, 38, was charged with first-degree murder after the shooting of Martina L. Mosby, Chicago police said. Freeman is expected to face a judge Friday.
