The climactic battle between Hulk (Edward Norton) and the Abomination (Tim Roth) takes place in Harlem at the end of "The Incredible Hulk", and in "Captain America: Brave New World" we learn the neighborhood may not have survived the battle. Harlem is referred to as being destroyed twice.
