The Winona County auditor-treasurer’s office was one of many election offices in Minnesota that received bomb threats this month. The Winona County Sheriff’s Office received a delayed report Wednesday about an email that the county’s auditor-treasurer Chelsi Wilbright was sent Nov. 8 – three days after the fall election.
