A large warehouse fire in Baltimore caused train cancellations on part of Amtrak’s busy Northeast Corridor and the MARC commuter rail.

Firefighters are still working to fully extinguish a warehouse fire in Baltimore that rose to seven alarms overnight and has disrupted train service along the busy corridor between New York and Washington,

Amtrak announced on social media around 10:30 p.m. Monday that all trains were stopped between Wilmington and Washington, which includes a stop in Baltimore. By Tuesday morning, Amtrak service had been restored but was restricted to one track, according to a spokesperson for the Baltimore City Fire Department.
